Never received product

21 one days ago I ordered this product and never came in. I reached out to the store a couple times all the help was given is it’s a shipping issue. You can file a claim. Which I tried to do but got the run around again with that also. My mistake I will never order anything from this company again. Very disappointed.

I'm very sorry for the issue with your package. When packages are lost by the shipping company the process to conclude that they are lost is a bit frusterrting to say the least. For context, USPS occasionally takes packages on a journey before finally deliving packages so we had ensure this was not the case.

In direct responses to your case, once the package was deemed lost by USPS a refund was immediately issued the same day. I know this doesn't make things right.

I always strive to do my best to do the right thing and would like to offer you a free replacment on top of the refund that was issued. I appreciate your feedback and again, I'm very sorry for your experience.
