Orders typically ship within 24 hours of purchase during the weekdays (Monday-Friday). If your purchase is during the weekend, your package will ship the following business day. Shipping cutoff time is 12PM PST (Monday-Friday), any order after that time will ship the following business day.
We only ship within the US and Canada. We are considering our options to ship to other countries so please reach out to us if you wish to make this happen in the future.

We offer local pickup that is usually processed within 24 hours. Details regarding pickup will be sent via email once your order has been fulfilled.
We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games (Pokémon, Digimon, Dragon Ball, Etc.)
On all other products, we accept brand new and unopened product within 15 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. Once approved you will be instructed to repackage your item with the RMA number and send it back to us at:

Due to the nature of the products we offer, we do not accept any opened, used or altered products.

Scheduled pickups are available 12pm-8pm Monday-Saturday
After you place your order please contact us via phone, text or Facebook messenger to schedule a pickup time. All pickups must be scheduled as we do not have a storefront.
Lost & Stolen Packages
Lost packages by carrier. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either send you a new package (pending availability) or send a full refund. Please keep in mind that carrier claims can take several weeks to resolve.
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your package was lost or stolen after the delivery was confirmed via carrier tracking, we will not replace or refund the order. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be present during the delivery. If you suspect your package was stolen, we recommend that you file a police report. If you're having problems with package theft, we highly recommend requesting a package hold to pick up your package directly from the carrier facility.
If your package shows delivered and the carrier is unable to confirm it was lost or misdelivered, it will be considered lost or stolen after delivery.
Misdelivered packages. If your package is confirmed to be misdelivered by the carrier and the correct address was provided, we will either send you a new package (pending availability) or send a full refund. Please keep in mind that carrier claims can take several weeks to resolve.
Wrong Address entered. If you entered the incorrect address during checkout and your package is not intercepted before It’s delivered, we will not replace or refund the order. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us immediately and attempt intercept or hold the delivery through the carrier.
Our products are brand new and factory sealed. Minor imperfections to packaging and/or wrapping does not qualify for a replacement.
Damaged by carrier (shipping box is damaged). If a package is confirmed to be damaged by the carrier, please open a case with the carrier and contact us. Once the case resolves with the carrier, we will take appropriate actions.
All other damage. Please contact us if you have any substantial damage to our products and we will handle it case by case.
Shipping: If you order in stock items with pre-ordered items they will ship when the pre-ordered items are available to ship. Please make sure to place a separate order if you want your in stock items to ship immediately.
Due to the volatility of the TCG market please keep in mind that pre-orders for any trading card game does not guarantee we will receive enough product to ship to everyone. We do our best to accurately estimate the allocated stock we will receive but often times allocations are not confirmed until the weeks leading to release date.
Can I cancel my pre-order? Yes, you may cancel a pre-order at any time and receive a full refund up until your product has shipped.
Why pre-order if its not guaranteed? It offers the best chance to secure product and lock in the price.
