Bad service

I had to buy the shipping fee twice because the order was sent back to the sender the same day it arrived (because of an incomplete address that was only missed the apartment number). Plus after paying the second shipping fee, there were no gratitudes or special services for being sorry that this happened and the sleeves were also slightly bent. Once you put the cards in, it would straighten a little bit but it just doesn't seem like it was new.

Regarding the shipping, It's up to you to provide a valid address. While it's an unfortunate situation, the customer bears the responsibility for re-shipment fees if they provide invalid information that causes the delivery to fail.
