Atomic RC: MRX 2WD Pan Car Kit

The Atomic MRX is a new 1:28 pan car kit that features a "Link-less Rear Pod" design, eliminating the traditional side links from the vehicle. It introduces a center pivot and bearing-supported rear guide rail system, allowing drivers to brake harder and accelerate earlier. This new system provides greater stability and consistency during braking, acceleration, and steering, as the rear pod's movement is independent of chassis roll.

Drivers will notice that the car handles more consistently and predictably. Additionally, concerns about breaking side links during races are eliminated. Another advantage of the link-less system is that it prevents battery wires from interfering with the rear pod, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.

Features

• The front knuckle ball head position is pushed 1.5mm outward compared to the MRZ SF or EX, further decreasing the scrub radius, which enhances corner speed and reduces the likelihood of traction rolls.
• The Direct Drive Steering system eliminates the steering crank, minimizing play and slop for more precise steering and faster responsiveness.
• The caster angle is adjustable to either 0 or 2 degrees.
• A new battery mount design simplifies battery changes, eliminating the need to remove the center damper.
• The stock car features a brass chassis for added weight and stability.
• Optional side wings can be added to the chassis plate to enhance stability and comes in various sizes available.
• A vertical side spring system conversion will be offered as an option.
• A rear Lexan body mount for touring bodies will be available, allowing for a cleaner design without rear body posts protruding from the side windows.
• Both the SF (simple front) and EX (double arm) suspension systems will also be available as options.
